Luke is a Founding Director at OP Properties, with extensive experience within the Perth property development and construction industries. His expertise covers a number of projects, including retail, commercial, mixed-use, heritage, retirement living, aged care, disability care, not-for-profit and grouped and multi-unit residential developments.

Luke oversees all aspects of OP Properties, including the direct involvement and management of property advisory services, together with a diverse development management and delivery portfolio encompassing a number of leading projects.

Prior to joining OP Properties, Luke held a number of senior management positions within the development teams of a number of large and complex built form Perth development projects, ranging in value up to $1bn.

As Founding Director at OP Properties, Nic brings years of specialist experience and local knowledge to every project he undertakes. He has worked within the property development and fund management industries at both project and board level across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, retail, multi-unit residential, aged care and land developments.

In addition to his wide-ranging project experience, Nic brings a wealth of senior and corporate level management expertise to OP Properties. He served the past seven years as General Manager of Osboine Investments, a third generation diversified property investment group.

Nic is actively involved with a number of property industry bodies, including the Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Property Council of Australia.

With extensive business and management experience across all sectors of the property industry, Evan assists the executive team at OP Properties to drive strategic growth and develop lasting opportunity.
As the CEO of Mirvac in WA from 2006 to 2013, Evan has been involved in the delivery of some of Perth’s most iconic projects. Over a highly successful career spanning more than 28 years, Evan has helped deliver over 60 apartment projects, or some 3,000 apartments nationally.

Evan is a former Vice President and Divisional Council member of the Property Council of Australia (WA division), Committee for Perth Board Member and Chairman of Heritage Perth Inc.

The Principal Architect at Hillam Architects, David boasts over 20 years’ experience across the architectural, interior and property development disciplines. Over the years, David has grown his vast abilities to cover a range of projects, including multi-residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

David’s distinctive approach to design and particular nuances have resulted in Hillam Architects receiving multiple design awards for excellence. His Irrespective of scale or budget, David exerts an extraordinary amount of care for every project, with an attention to detail that sets him apart.
